Last month I wrote an article about the nasties that are hidden in our day to day products. If you missed it, click here to read about how to improve your health, and save money while you're at it, by binning these toxic products.
Since then, many of you have sent in your appreciation, feedback and suggestions. Many people have noted that they'd like to see more of these product reviews and suggestions.
So here's another great insider tip for you. The Woohoo Body deodorant paste, (which I picked up from the Barangaroo pharmacy on ground floor of Tower 3).
Ingredients are 100% natural, Chemical Free, Cruelty Free, Vegan, Australian made and safe enough to eat.
Here are a few benefits sourced from the Woohoo Body website (which is also where I sourced the title image):
A few surprising things about the Woohoo! All Natural Deodorant Paste
It’s waterless. You might find that sometimes there are little tiny grains of shea butter that need to be rubbed between your fingers to melt before applying.
It works on feet. If you like the sockless look then Woohoo can save everybody some embarrassment.
It can be used under the band of your bra if it causes chafing.
One jar lasts ages. Usually 5-6 months if you’re using it once a day.
Any woman who has ever worn high heels, ballet flats or basically any shoe that doesn't allow socks has got to appreciate how fabulous the second point is. No matter how much we take care of our tippy toes, feet were just not made to be in shoes, let alone without a sock barrier all day long.
So far, from testing out this product on a warm and busy day, with many appointments having me rushing back and forth from reception, a mid-morning coffee that had my adrenaline pumping, a morning yoga routine that had me detoxing and a whole day in lycra stockings - I am impressed.
From an ingredients review and a day of putting this product to the test under the typical working woman's stress, I would have to say that the Woohoo Body paste has my approval and I'll definitely be making the switch from here.
Finally I'll disclaim that, at the time this article was written, I have had no contact or correspondence with the company. I have not been sponsored to write this review, nor was it prompted by their marketing team. This is an honest review of a genuinely great product - which is just too good not to share with you.
However, now that it's live, I will be contacting them to see if they'd like to do SCN followers a discount or special offer, or to contribute or comment on the post at all. Stay tuned for updates.
Meanwhile, share with your loved ones. Feel free to provide any valuable feedback.
Until next time, Stay Deliciously Healthy.
Kindest Regards
